With 4 groomers and two bathers, we now have more flexibility with scheduling appointments and are able to open up the book some with sooner availability for large and small grooms. Call/text to get on the book! Holding kennels are located in the lobby for drop-off and pick-up, and we will call/text when your pet is finished! We are asking 2-3 hours for small grooms, and up to 4-5 for large/extra large grooms but times may vary. Sittin' Pretty has almost 30 years combined experience in the pet care industry.

We offer small scale Boarding for your pets as well! Day and overnight boarding is available.

Grooming
cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same day/late cancellations or no shows may be charged $25 per pet. Multiple cancellations will require a deposit before a new appointment is booked. All cancellation reasons are taken into consideration.
Arrivals
more than 15 minutes after agreed upon appointment time without us being informed could be cancelled/rescheduled and the NC/NS fee could be applied. Arrivals more than 15 minutes early may not be accepted due to limited space. This is at our discretion.
All Pets
outside of an average 6-8 week grooming schedule could be subject to extra charges. This will be at our discretion based on products used, time spent, condition of the coat and temperament of the pet.
Groom Durations
will vary. We are a high volume salon and the schedule varies resulting in longer time frames. We will inform you just as soon as your pet or pets are ready for pick-up. Please do not show up or come in unless you have been informed your pet is ready.
Every Pet
will be checked for fleas. If any are found, your pet will be given a flea bath in a flea shampoo to ensure we get rid of them all. The price for this flea service is $15.
All Pets
that are going to stay an extended amount of time outside the allotted groom time need to be verified beforehand and could incur day boarding fees. They will receive bathroom breaks and water.
We Believe
in Humanity before Vanity. If your pet is too matted to be brushed out safely, we will shave it short. Over brushing or dematting can damage to the skin as well as the coat. Ask us about standing or recurring appointments to stay on track.
Whether your fur friend needs a nail trim, a bath, deshedding treatment or a full groom, Sittin’ Pretty with Katy LLC will be here to provide you and your pet with the very best products and service. We are by appointment only, but open at 7:30 am and close (tentatively) at 6 pm. We are closed every other Tuesday and every other Saturday and all Sundays.
